To customers who have made inquiries through "Accommodation Inquiries"

We have come to the realization that an issue has occurred in which replies to inquiries sent to the "Accommodation Inquiries" section of this website have not been delivered to customers. The period affected is from February 19 to March 4, 2024.


We would like to extend our deepest apologies to all customers who were interested in Yuiya and sent us a message.


According to the company that produced this website, they have been informed that the cause was an error in the form settings.


Please note that we have not received any reports of system failures for inquiries other than "accommodation inquiries" or for reservations made through Booking or Airbnb.

This issue is currently being corrected and tested and has been resolved.


We will be contacting customers who have provided their contact information by email or phone, but we are unable to contact some customers. We are very sorry for the inconvenience, but we would like to use this article as our apology and notification.
